And it's a shame, because it is extremely nutritious and rich in minerals.
It has a light colour, sometimes turning into tea shades, or even straw-yellow.

It is characterized by an extremely pleasant but mild orange blossom flavour. And precisely because of its delicacy, it is ideally suited as an addition to all desserts, such as: ice cream, drinks or yoghurts. And it should be mentioned that it is an additive not only enhancing the taste of these dishes but also increasing their nutritional value.

Orange blossom honey is exceptionally rich in minerals. Moreover, it has a highly antiseptic effect, so it will help, for example, with throat inflammation. Additionally, it has a cleansing and calming effect on stomach upset caused by stress. It is also a natural panacea for insomnia problems.

Orange blossom honey is produced in Greece as a local product by the multi-generational family beekeeping company Fotopoulos "Meli Taygetos".
We encourage you to watch videos from the apiaries where our honey comes from. http://www.melifotopoulos.gr/gallery-video.html

In 1980, Michael X. The excellent quality of their products attracted new customers while maintaining traditional production. All provide the generous and beneficial advantages of honey and other pure products (pollen, royal jelly and fragrant mountain herbs).

In 1994, his son Harry Fotopoulos took over the business and participated in training seminars, acquiring the appropriate knowledge for the profession, which, along with the art and his parents, he continued as the secret to success.
